Dan. 4:35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?
That's right. Who is man to say God must save every individual on earth because Jesus died to make it possible for every sinner on earth to have his sins forgiven if only he asks?

The death of Christ for those He tasted death for Heb 2:9 it delivered them from #1 Death, #2 the Devil, #3 Hell, #4 Gods Wrath. So how can we testify to the death of Christ and its accomplishments, f any for He tasted death for die in their sins and experience for eternity Gods Wrath ?

Just because God reconciled the world unto Himself does not mean He is obligated to save every sinner in the world. God reconciled the world unto Himself by Jesus' death on the cross but every sinner must still reconcile himself to God and be born again in his own life or he will go to hell no matter how elect and precious he may think he is in God's sight.

Yes Christ did taste death for every man just as Heb 2:9 states, and for every man He tasted death for, by it He became the Captain of their Salvation Heb 2:9-10

9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

The every man in Vs 9 is the their in Vs 10 !

Christ is the Captain of their Salvation via His suffering unto death for them. See the death of Christ effects the full Salvation of all for whom He died or tasted death for. This means if any man is never saved or comes into the realization of their Salvation, then its impossible for Christ to have tasted death for them, lest we conclude that His death was ineffectual to that end.

Calvinists read that Jesus tasted death for every man but their misunderstanding of God's plan of reconciliation prevents them from believing Jesus tasted death for every man, so they change the wording to mean Jesus tasted death for only some men.

The Bible does not claim God must save every sinner for whom Jesus died. That is a false doctrine.
Yes it does.

John 3:16

New International Version

16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

God discriminately elected certain individuals to be partakers of His Grace through the Redemption that is in Christ Jesus Rom. 3:24; and not by any conditions they can meet, nor any performance on their part !

The verse doesn't say "those whom Christ died for." It says "whoever believes in Him" will not perish but will have eternal life.

In other words, it's those who believe whom Christ saves. NOT "those whom He died for."

Yes God saves sinners Jesus died for who believe and receive the truth but He does not save sinners He died for who reject the truth.

God did not create humans to burn in hell. He created humans to believe and receive the truth to the salvation of their souls. He has to condemn rebels who choose to reject the truth.

God created the goats to burn in Hell:

Matt. 25:32-33

32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

God condemns the wicked who refuse to believe and receive the knowledge of the truth, but He did not create sinners with the intention of refusing to allow them to believe and receive the truth.

Unless and until a person is born again / born of the Spirit, his/her own believing in the flesh is just another work of the flesh that cannot please God.

Rom. 8:7-8

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

It is true that sinners need the enlightenment of the Holy Ghost in order to see their need to call on Jesus for salvation. However, it is not true that God forbids most sinners from seeing their need and calling on Jesus in order that He can burn them in hell forever for their sins they were supposedly prevented by God from seeking salvation from.

If we would understand the ramifications of Christ having tasted death, we would understand that it could not have been for every man without exception. Heb 2:9

But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

The word taste

  1. to taste, to try the flavour of
  2. to taste
    1. i.e. perceive the flavour of, partake of, enjoy
    2. to feel, make trial of, experience
  3. to take food, eat, to take nourishment, eat

See He experienced death in behalf of every man He died for. The death He eperienced is the death they incurred as the wages of their sins Rom 6:23

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Rom 5:12

12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

So these whom He tasted / experience death their behalf, are fully exonerated/discharged from having to experience it for themselves, as the wages for their sins. Death for them has been abolished 2 Tim 1:10

10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

Thats a key element in constituting Him Our Saviour, abolishing death for us by tasting death for us.

Its not possible for Christ to have tasted death for an individual and it didn't for that individual abolish death. That would be a detriment to His accomplishment and Him being the Saviour.

Many will have to go into the second death Rev 21:8

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death

Therefore Christ could not have tasted death and abolished death on their behalf.
