I thought we were having a fantastic conversation on your live show and I am sure your listeners found value in our discussion. So why did you hang up on me in mid sentence?

I don't know if I can take much more of these guys. Good grief, I feel like I'm back in the day when we all used to sit around at my old church, pompously trying to sound like what we were saying was just so unbelievably deep and profound. :freak:

In fact, when one of those guys started talking, if I didn't know any better, I'd be determined it was my dad. :shocked:

I listened to the debate this morning. I'm listening to today's show right now. When do you call in?

I called in the early part of the second hour of the show.

I think it went pretty good for not being prepared or anything.

I am sure Pastor Cook had a perfectly reasonable reason for hanging up on me.

That was tragic listening to all the folks describing how comforting it was to learn they had been sexually abused by God's decree. :vomit:

The first caller, Lee, who mentioned she was abused as a child says she now feels more secure that she's come to believe in the doctrines of grace.

Of course!! It stands to reason that one should feel more secure in a God who planned every tiny detail of her abuse. :doh: :dizzy:

Thanks Poly.... it blew me away when Pastor Cook said that just one unfulfilled prophecy would cause him to reject his faith but then acknowledged to me that the Nineveh prophecy did not come to pass.

So I guess Pastor Cook will be denouncing His faith soon? :idunno:

LOL, that's funny! I appreciate your humor.

Although keep in mind... if you are right about God exhaustively settling the future... even open theism is part of His plan and for His glory. ​

But you know Clete and how we're constantly having to tell him to watch his language around here. There's no telling what he said over at a place like that. He probably went madtime ballistic on them.
