what I share is truth.
I have been given a deep understanding of certain things in scripture
and it an open mind to digest it.
Truth runs deeper than what you have learned.
Go ahead: What is "VERY" clear, Keypurr? Convince me.Sorry JR, Forgive my old age please.
Lon I can not disagree more with you on the word IN in verse 2:5
Col 1:15 is very clear that the son is a creation. The first of all creatures/creation.
 Did you read Philippians 2? Didn't it SAY Jesus, equal with God, 'emptied?' Didn't it?Jesus said that all power was given to him, God does not need to be given anything.
It doesn't say that, which means you 'made that part up.' It literally has to say it in scripture or you are going to just be special pleading "Keypurr assumptions."Philippians 2, it is not Jesus who emptied himself it was WHO was IN Jesus.
No! If your grammar stinks, so does your theology. You CANNOT osmosis your theology. You either know grammar rules AND abide by them or you get a LOT of things wrong.I am aware that my grammar and spelling are not what they should be but like the fisherman Peter God has blessed me with the faith I have.
"Doctrines," I somewhat agree BUT what "I" did was looked at the bible to discover which ones would stand or fall upon the scriptures, not my false ideas (as well). I'd hate to see what church would come behind "Lon" as "Lonnites." I just want people to read and wrestle with scriptures alongside me. If you never become Triune, I pray you'll at least listen and be molded by scriptures. I'm convinced God will keep His own and guide them into 'all truth.' 1 Corinthians 13's 'Glass darkely' means we are going to have to look hard at our doctrines, humbly until 1 John 3:2Many years ago the church filled itself with false doctrins,
Well, at least on what every protestant agrees on. We need to take a much more careful look when I actually agree with a particular doctrine. For the most part, the RC got more right than wrong AND a mark to help you grasp the difference is to look at what both the Coptic and Greek Orthodox churches believe. Did you realize they were separate from the RC? Did you realize they agree on most doctrine?today we can see where they were wrong.
Jesus is the CREATOR.Every living thing is a creation. God alone is not created.
Col 1:15-18 KJV Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: (16) For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: (17) And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. (18) And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
It does not say JESUS is the creator, Jesus is a man born to Mary.Jesus is the CREATOR.
After all of this time, I must assume that you love to be wrong. It does not say JESUS is the creator, Jesus is a man born to Mary.
Joh 17:5 KJV And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
No, He is NOT... He is the CREATOR OF ALL THINGS, as Col 1 states so clearly.Jesus is a creation and so is the son of Col 1:15.
"Express image" is an analogy and is not to be taken as a "photo".All images are creations.
The "exact image" means that Jesus is God.The true Son of God is a spirit because he/it is the exact image of the Father.
You are so wrong. I pity you at the judgement. It is a created FORM of God for it was given he fullness of the Father, all things were created through this son.
Yes, I have.
You simply deny it and act like I didn't.
Your disreguarding scripture, the EXPRESS IMAGE of GOD. Every translation agrees that this means exact copy of God.After all of this time, I must assume that you love to be wrong.
Jesus was with His Father LONG before He took on human flesh.
No, He is NOT... He is the CREATOR OF ALL THINGS, as Col 1 states so clearly.
"Express image" is an analogy and is not to be taken as a "photo".
The "exact image" means that Jesus is God.
You are so wrong. I pity you at the judgement.
It's a METAPHOR. It is NOT a literal "image" as in your baloney "picture" idea.Your disreguarding scripture, the EXPRESS IMAGE of GOD. Every translation agrees that this means exact copy of God.
God is the CREATOR.... Jesus is God.... Jesus is the CREATOR.ALL IMAGES are CREATIONS. Christ is thr first of all CREATIONS for all things were made through IT.
