ICE agent shoots a driver.

I am not seeing a reason to shoot the driver. Facts stated are not facts. The driver is trying to flee. There are other videos a little longer. It doesn't help. Nobody tried to run the officer over. In slowed down videos the driver turns the wheels to flee. I don't see probable cause.

No reason at all. But they've been using unreasonable force for a year now, it's no suprise it's come to this.

At least there's video to counteract the ICE lies and defamation of her character. May she rest in peace.

She gassed it while the car was pointed right at him (hadn't turned the wheel all the way away from him before she hit the accelerator), plus it happened so fast, you're not going to be able to even indict the officer.
I've been arguing elsewhere that I don't believe she was deliberately trying to hit the officer. I believe she was just trying to get away when they were telling her that she was under arrest and to get out of the car. And didn't care who was in her way.
If she hadn't been killed I think they could have had a very good chance of making a charge of reckless endangerment or attempted murder stick

She was ordered out of her vehicle. She was not free to leave.

She starts turning the wheel to flee. Officers are in front of her to deter her from running.

She puts the car in drive, starts moving forwards still turning her wheels, still in line with the officer.

(Reminder: She was ordered out of the vehicle. She was not free to leave. She tried to leave anyways.)

She starts moving forwards. Officer is still in front of her. It went from resisting the lawful commands of law enforcement to attempted murder the moment she started moving forwards with the agent still in front of her.

Clean shoot. It's a tragedy she died, but she shouldn't have driven into the crowd of ICE agents. She should have stepped out of the vehicle when she was ordered to.

And most importantly, a vehicle in motion is a deadly weapon, and as such, law enforcement is authorized to use deadly force against people who wield deadly weapons against them.

Warning foul language from onlooker in the clip, but this man gives a good breakdown:

Same place, same mayor, and a white woman replaces a black man. Good news for Walz. A nice distraction. Mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey is back with a new situation. Somebody got shot. Can't blame this one on the police. They were nowhere to be found. Just 150 protesters. Some using their cars to attack ICE.

In the flagrant commission of a crime, resisting arrest, fleeing police, someone almost died. If someone had died, this would have been felony murder. The officer did nothing wrong, if she was willing to risk his life and limb now, she's a danger to others, and again the complete context is she was committing a crime. Like in so many clips that end badly re police, it always starts when someone decides they're not going to cooperate with police. Always. This is just another one of those videos. She was committing a crime so hard, she didn't care if somebody happened to die. That's c. "attempted felony murder." The officer did nothing wrong. It's injustice if in the commission of a crime, you accidentally kill someone, that's felony murder. It's justice if in the commission of a crime, you accidentally kill yourself. This officer merely administered justice, just like the Bible said. Justice was done to this woman.

In case you are having trouble connecting the dots, the 'learing center' discovered by Nick Shirely is also in Minneapolis. Mayor Jacob Frey will surely get reelected now that he has experience with multiple crises.

To be clear, the woman died.

She didn't "drive into a crowd of ICE agents." She didn't attempt to murder, and fleeing isn't a capital offense.

However, she was herself murdered, and she has been defamed.

She was returning from taking her daughter to school. She wasn't a "domestic terrorist."

The agent was clear of the car and the wheels turned away from him when he makes the first shot through the windshield.

The video includes a simultaneous comparison of two different angles.

Nope. Officer was struck by the vehicle before her wheels had reached center.

She didn't "drive into a crowd of ICE agents."

She was the lead driver of a group that was following the Ice agents, impeding their duties.

She didn't attempt to murder,

Driving your vehicle into a federal officer is attempted murder.

and fleeing isn't a capital offense.

No one said it was.

She was told to get out of her car. She was not free to leave. She tried to run the officer over.

Even if she HAD been trying to leave, her vehicle had been in reverse. She put it in drive with an officer still in front of her and stepped on the gas hard enough that her tires slipped on the ice on the ground. Had the roads been dry, it's likely talhat the agent would have been injured a lot more.

However, she was herself murdered, and she has been defamed.

This is blatantly false.

She was returning from taking her daughter to school. She wasn't a "domestic terrorist."

Then maybe she should have been more considerate of her family and not followed agents who were doing their jobs around, impeding them with her vehicle.

As it were, however, impeding ICE is not allowed. That's what she was doing. Tuen she hit one of the officers. The officer pulled his gun and shot her.

From in front of her vehicle. The one which she just tried to run him over with.

Yawn.

Typical AP. It's no wonder the White House kicked them out.

The footage shows her impeding federal agents, and then attempting to run one of them over, at which point she was rewarded for her efforts with being shot.

Quit listening to leftist news sites, Anna. They're lying to you.

Here's the other angle, which clearly shows her striking the officer with her vehicle with the vehicle wheels still pointing left of center.

She chose to not cooperate with police, that's a crime. She almost killed a police officer. How's the officer to know she's not going to barrel down the road and run over some other innocent person, all in the commission of her crime? If she had done that, it would have been felony murder. With her reckless choice she was a menace to innocent people, nobody thinks she intended to kill, but that's what felony murder is all about. Someone dies while you were committing a crime.

I agree with "as he opens fire", but not WHEN he decided to open fire, that split-second decision was made AS she was going right at him.

Listening to Clay & Buck earlier and they were talking about the left claiming that the cop shot at her from the side.
He did.
The first shot was from the front.
Then she ran over his foot and brushed against him and he continued shooting as she drove past him.

But the left is leaving out that first shot. Because they are inherently dishonest
