The officer did nothing wrong, if she was willing to risk his life and limb now, she's a danger to others, and again the complete context is she was committing a crime. Like in so many clips that end badly re police, it always starts when someone decides they're not going to cooperate with police. Always. This is just another one of those videos. She was committing a crime so hard, she didn't care if somebody happened to die. That's c. "attempted felony murder." The officer did nothing wrong. It's injustice if in the commission of a crime, you accidentally kill someone, that's felony murder. It's justice if in the commission of a crime, you accidentally kill yourself. She was the lead driver of a group that was following the Ice agents, impeding their duties.

She didn't attempt to murder,

Driving your vehicle into a federal officer is attempted murder.

and fleeing isn't a capital offense.

She was told to get out of her car. She was not free to leave. She tried to run the officer over.

Even if she HAD been trying to leave, her vehicle had been in reverse. She put it in drive with an officer still in front of her and stepped on the gas hard enough that her tires slipped on the ice on the ground. Had the roads been dry, it's likely talhat the agent would have been injured a lot more.

However, she was herself murdered, and she has been defamed.

Listening to Clay & Buck earlier and they were talking about the left claiming that the cop shot at her from the side.
He did.
The first shot was from the front.
Then she ran over his foot and brushed against him and he continued shooting as she drove past him.

But the left is leaving out that first shot. Because they are inherently dishonest
