Have You Been Crucified With Christ?

 Moving the Goalpost Eph 4:14

It was not moving the goalpost. It was a rhetorical question. He'll exists as a place of punishment for sin. If Christ atoned for the sins of the whole world, then there would be no punishment left to distribute, thus rendering hell unnecessary.

It makes more logical sense to say that Christ offered Himself as an atoning sacrifice. Those willing to trust in this sacrifice receive atonement. Those who turn from it, reject Christ. Christ's sacrifice is an atonement, open to those who seek it. Not an atonement for all who exist.

Something about appropriating the gift that you don't understand? Ro 5:1 The wrath of God abides on the man who fails to humble himself before him (Jn 3:36). :burnlib:

If hell exists as a place of eternal punishment for sin, then one cannot logically claim that "Christ died (or atoned for) the sins of the whole world."

Hell is prison. People use the term colloquially, and you know this. Justice was paid for sin at the cross. All of it. However, you are still dead and without his life. Those without his life are sent to hell and then the lake of fire.

Those who are Christ's HAVE crucified all their emotions. If you haven't crucified all your emotions your not in Christ.

Gal 5:24-25
24 And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

There you go again, being nutty. Emotions are not always lewd and evil passions. :dunce:
