Luk 10:1 After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
Luk 10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

So you can raise a dead body? Interesting....

The LORD never left.

Go back and read the passage in Matt 10

It speaks of the Disciples enduring persecution, standing before governors and kings, fleeing from persecution, etc.

None of that happened from Matt 10 to the resurrection.

There was no persecution of Jesus' Disciples until Stephen, which was a few years after the resurrection.

Care to take another crack at it?
So you think that the being put in jail under false pretences and threatened in Acts 4 does not constitute persecution? Not even spiritual persecution?

You need to get your hands on a Bible.

Swords into plowshares? nations will study war no more?

People will flock to the house of the Lord in Jerusalem to learn the ways of the God of Jacob?

The lion and the lamb?

Yes.

In the kingdom of God, the kingdom no longer has to be defended. It's an unshakable kingdom. The swords can be beaten into plowshares because there are no enemies to defend the kingdom from.

The kingdom of God is not on planet earth.

Right now the Saints are reigning with Christ Jesus in the kingdom.

Stick to this first Mr. ChangeTheSubject, then we can talk about something else.

So they've abandoned the earth?
Matthew 6:10
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
