Lots of polyester?

I jogged, badly but steadily, five miles a day from Monday through Friday. My mind is getting tougher, but my feet aren't talking to me...loudly.

Isn't it though? :)

My "dogs" bark whenever I don't treat them properly!
My mind is getting weaker but it does pay attention to all "barking dogs"!
Good morning TH! Hope you and family are doing well.

I DO NOT jog. However, I did walk 24 miles last week. Easier on the knees.

Good morning everyone. I hope that everyone has a great day.

I also hope that it's warmer where you are. This global warming here has given us a temperature of 10 degrees with a minus 11 degrees wind chill. We're not going out tomorrow at all. Stay warm.

You could do it on an elliptical, but good on you. Do what works. :thumb: Hit my five mile mark again today. I'm going to keep on until it's easy then pick up the pace. I'd like to run a marathon again at some point.
