Yep, 1 Peter 1 says the grace comes when the LORD returns.
Dodge knows this, but does not like it.

Does it bother you at all to lie about what Peter actually preached ? Is MAD so important that the truth means absolutely NOTHING to you.

1Pe 1:2
Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

1Pe 1:3
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

1Pe 1:4
To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

1Pe 1:5
Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Dodge is pretty slick (not really),

1 Peter 1
10 Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:

11 Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow.

12 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

Hello ! Jesus "was" revealed already.

You are just stuck in "obtuse",sadly.

Nah; he only appears slick.

The reality is that the guy has very obviously remained a novice where sound study of a thing is concerned.

I doubt you could name the principles you study by, dodge.

It is what it is.

hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

Well I believe if you are saved that will culminate in you seeing and living with Jesus. Right now it is faith, but when you are in His presence do you believe you will need faith to KNOW then ?

That verse actually means:

hope to the end = that your faith endure to the end.

for the grace that is to be brought unto you= when you have a glorified body living in His presence.

at the revelation of Jesus Christ= now by faith then by reality of living in His presence.

If Jesus had not been revealed then NO ONE would know the gospel, and no one would be saved nor would or could they be in the B.O.C.. That is the end result of MAD i.e. TOTAL confusion and understanding no context of scripture.

What a mess.

What about Israel's Prophesied Grace at His return?

:chuckle:

You really believe Jesus:

1. Was prophesied about by the prophets in the OT.

2. walked the earth for 3 years.

3. Picked 12 Apostles.

4. Preached and taught for 3 years.

5. Was seen after HE was in the tomb for 3 days by over 500 people.

6. Made Himself known to Paul.

7. Has been followed and trusted for over 2000 years.

8. Not counting all the people that have been saved in and through Jesus and Jesus has not been revealed yet ?

Now if you had said Jesus has not been "revealed" as King of Kings and Lord of Lords in His full glory you would have made a true statement, but all you have is confusion coupled with partial understanding of scripture supported with more confusion, evasion, and more mysteries.

MAD is living proof that the obvious is ignored to believe what ever " supposed mystery" they can invent and promote.

You can read about The Revelation of Jesus Christ in the 66th book of the Bible.
