Put some flesh on those bones, and less all caps, you are asserting, GT, and then perhaps the conversation will proceed. Just sayin'.

A question for you. Can you fully explain God such that your explanation will exactly and completely capture all there is to know about God? Yes or No?

That is a pathetic excuse why you cannot refute my beliefs.

Nowhere in the Bible do the scriptures say there is a God with three Gods within Him.

A question for you. Can you fully explain God such that your explanation will exactly and completely capture all there is to know about God? Yes or No?

AMR

I do not know what you are asking.

You have no understanding of God's Truth and righteousness. You make up things and take to slandering.
Nice meaningless, baseless, lazy-backside assertion

There is no sense in speaking with the likes of you because you are senseless. The only reason I took you off iggy is because AMR's graciousness in allowing you to debate (well, poor attempt at)him.

Back you go. I'm done with you now.

I do pray one day you'll read something instead of just laying on your bible under your pillow.

Goodbye :wave2:

You are offended and hardened because I say what you do...and that is slander.

It was a simple question. Explain God such that there will be absolutely nothing left to know about God when you are finished. Can you do so? Yes or no?

AMR

All you did is repeating yourself. Explain better, what you mean, maybe even give an example by answering your own question.

There is no scripture that says what you say.

It’s that smidgen of a problem with that comprehension thingy.

You do not even understand those scriptures.

Yes, lord, you are the only one who understand those scriptures.

Scriptures that say to believe, they do not nullify scriptures that say obey. Why do you not think we should be told we have to believe? Of course, we have to believe in Jesus. You cannot obey God without believing in Jesus.

You say OBEY first and THEN believe.
You have the wagon in front of the horse.

Jesus says he saves those he is PLEASED to save, see John 5:21 NIV.

Especially those who do not have to believe in Him first. Got it.

Jesus saves those who are on the side of truth, see John 18:37.

Especially those who do not have to believe in Him first to be on the side of the truth. No need for believing in Him first. Got it.

Jesus saves those who do right and come to the light, see John 3:21.

And they do right and do the coming to the light all on their own. No need for believing in Him first. Got it.

Jesus saves those he accepts, see Acts 15:8 NIV.

Especially because they do not have to believe in Him first. Got it.

Jesus accepts those who fear God and does what is right see Acts 10:35.

Because they do not have to believe first. Got it.

Jesus saves those who obey, see Acts 5:32.

Yes, especially because they do not have to believe in Jesus first. Got it.

Jesus saves those who practice what he preaches, see Luke 8:21.

Without the need for any believing on Jesus first. Got it.

Jesus saves those who get his teachings and obeys them see John 14:23.

Without the need for any believing on Jesus first. Got it.

I am certain you know the point I am making and your refusal to just own up to it speaks loudly. Your view is that we can fully apprehend God, which necessarily means we would become God. That there are wonderful mysteries in Scripture should not surprise us, even yourself, given the ineffability of God.

All you did was go against what Jesus says.

You kept saying, "Without the need for any believing..."

We have to believe and obey.

In fact, if anyone willed to do God's will, they will end up believing in Him.

See John 7:17.

I know and understand God.

Jesus revealed himself to me.

He revealed himself to me because I got his teachings and obeyed them.

See John 14:21 NET.

You heard His Word and believed, did you not?

If so, that's the obedience of faith I've been telling you about.

No.

I believed and started obeying Jesus' teachings, and then he saved me.

I had merely believed in him, since I was a young child, until I was in my thirties.

Again, Jesus did not save me until I obeyed him.

You believed with your mind. Then you went about establishing your own righteousnes. Then you stopped short of entering into the straight gate. You can only enter that narrow way when you lay down yourself and your trust in your own "obedience". You must be fully persuaded that God is able to perform what He has promised....your performing is excluded. Period.
