Now that Thanksgiving has past, it is time for the big kahuna. I have my new Christmas themed avatar and will be posting some of my favorite Christmas music. Including ones that never get old.

I love that! Candles add so much character to any setting! I especially loved those scented with evergreen, sandalwood and eucalyptus.

I just brought down our Christmas decorations.

When our kids were little setting up the tree was so exciting. We fixed a supper served on the coffee table and we ate as we decorated. The kids would hang ornaments based on their height!
Daddy was the only one tall enough to put the angel on the top!
I set out the nativity set. They knew that no one else was allowed to touch it. The kids hung all of our stockings on our stair railing. In those days we had a small house with no fireplace or much of anything fancy. I look back with great fondness of those days.

Not really a Christmas song, but an ode to the Winter Solstice.
But, as a result of my grace, I still enjoy it.
