WRONG. The gospel of Jesus Christ is a vehicle for God to call someone (as per 2 Thessalonians 2:14). They cannot be saved until they are preached the gospel to (as per Romans 10:14) because they cannot believe until AFTER they hear, and they cannot hear until after they are preached to.
