The coronavirus scam

Bill Maher just tested positive for wuflu and he was vaxxed. Also, 8 players that are vaxxed on the Yankees got wuflu

Who is this woman, why should we believe her? What are her qualifications? Any person, whack-job or not, can make a tik-tok video.

Her internet name appears to be "mominNC" - she would be a lot more believable if her internet name was "appropriately-qualified-medical-expert-in-NC".

We can always count on leftist cultists to defend stupid leftist storylines and unscientific claims, no matter how much evidence exists to the contrary. Here is a believable account that leftists refused to believe, involving hundreds of needless deaths at the hands of misguided New York health officials:

- COVID nurse at NY hospital tells what is really going on.

For any interested, this guy Jeff Nelson, who posted the clip about the hospital in Iowa, is a full-on tinfoil hatter. I had to stop reading his twitter feed; I was laughing so hard, I feared imminent loss of consciousness.

Is this your way of dodging the question. Let me ask this real slooooooow.......

Who............is.....................this.....................woman..........and...........what..............are.............her................qualfications?

I am, of course, asking about the blond woman with the attitude who says all the covid patients on a hospital ward in Iowa are fully vaccinated.

As for this second clip, when I am in the mood for a giggle, I will investigate.

Do you not think it suspicious that I tend to post findings of reputable peer-reviewed sources while you guys post 3-minute videos?

But, hey, I hear the peer-review process on youtube is actually quite rigorous.

Well it only took me 60 seconds to find out what is really going with this second woman. From Media Matters for America:

An anti-vaccine conspiracy theorist is peddling falsehoods about coronavirus treatment at New York City’s Elmhurst Hospital -- where she briefly worked as a traveling nurse -- that have spread on major social media platforms and were heavily promoted by conspiracy theory outlet Infowars before landing on Fox News. The nurse's claims, which include that Elmhurst was intentionally infecting patients with COVID-19, have been strongly refuted by some of her former colleagues who say she is smearing hospital workers who were working under extremely fraught circumstances.
.....
In Perspectives on the Pandemic, Olszewski promoted several conspiratorial falsehoods about what happened at Elmhurst that were later comprehensively debunked. ......Several of Olszewski’s Elmhurst colleagues contacted Dr. Zubin Damania, a hospital reform advocate “dedicated to improving healthcare for everyone” who publishes videos under the name ZDoggMD, to express disgust at and offer detailed refutations of Olszewski’s claims.

A physician fellow at Elmhurst who wishes to remain anonymous wrote to Damania, “As someone who worked in those units and know the individuals and patients she referenced I can say without question that she spoke from a place of ignorance. ......According to the physician fellow, “Each of her other arguments/points could be similarly refuted by anyone with first hand knowledge of the situation.

Had enough? There's more.

You post a video to defend your position and you will not, or cannot, even tell us who the source is and what her credentials are?

If it is really true that there is a ward-full of fully-vaccinated Covid patients in Iowa, why can I not find anything about this on the web? Except, of course, this "blond with a 'tude" who "heard something from somebody". And whose video was posted by a fully whacked out nutjob named Jeff Nelson.

Do you want me to post some of the things this loony-tunes (Nelson) has posted? C'mon, I double-dog dare ya.

So you think the woman on the video is lying?

There is nothing humorous about the thousands of covid deaths which resulted from extremely bad initial efforts by government and health officials in New York to slow or stop the covid disaster. Now that we know better, there is no need to claim the early efforts were not made as witnesses claim.

Biased peer review is no match for real-life experiences and evidence which contradicts peer-reviewed claims.

What we have are contradicting claims by individuals with differing biases and motives. Just because someone claims a witness is wrong or is lying does not prove the witness is wrong or lying.

you see a simple experiment showing masks are ineffective at stopping
particles that are larger than the chicom virus , but rather than
debunk the video , you appeal to authority

this is demonstrated by the video
Results The rates of all infection outcomes were highest in the cloth mask arm, with the rate of ILI statistically significantly higher in the cloth mask arm (relative risk (RR)=13.00, 95% CI 1.69 to 100.07) compared with the medical mask arm. Cloth masks also had significantly higher rates of ILI compared with the control arm. An analysis by mask use showed ILI (RR=6.64, 95% CI 1.45 to 28.65) and laboratory-confirmed virus (RR=1.72, 95% CI 1.01 to 2.94) were significantly higher in the cloth masks group compared with the medical masks group. Penetration of cloth masks by particles was almost 97% and medical masks 44%.
