You mean "Love one another"? That may be a new command, but also not new.

2 John 1:5 (KJV)
And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.

1 John 2:8 (KJV)
Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.

1 John 2:7 (KJV)
Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.
Yes. What does "love" mean, as a law? How do we know whether we are obeying the law of love? Bearing in mind Hebrews 7 which says there's a new law now, not the OT law.

He already did, as Jesus taught that the kingdom is in our hearts.
"Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." (Luke 17:21)
Peter's, and Paul's teachings showed us how to be raised with Christ to walk in newness of life, with a new heart.
Paul wrote..."Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." (2 Cor 5:17)
The new heart is one of those "new" things.
And for one , that is NOT what is being taught in Luke 17:21 .

#2 Jesus is the Kingdom of God !!

# 3 the Greek word entro means that God is the Kingdom and not man .

#3 and reading Luke 17:21 neither shall they say /ereo is in the Greek future tense ,means that verse 21 , will happen in the millennial kingdom .

#4 so the verse 21 should read , entro really means God in the " midst " of you .

#5 read Matt 23:26--36 says about those , and calls them hypocrites , and more .

#6 and it is Israel that will get a new heart , by the new covenant , Eze 36:26 .

#7 we already have God with in us .

Actually, Hebrews 7 talks a lot about the old law, which was passing away, but says nothing about a new law.

So the old OT law is just changed now?
Hebrews 7:12 ESV
(12) For when there is a change in the priesthood, there is necessarily a change in the law as well.
.
.
(18) For on the one hand, a former commandment is set aside because of its weakness and uselessness
(19) (for the law made nothing perfect); but on the other hand, a better hope is introduced, through which we draw near to God.

And yet God had to give Peter a special mission to go to a gentile. A righteous gentile at that.

Do we (the body of Christ) "get the Holy Spirit" like they did? No, we do not. We do not speak in tongues, etc.

God never excluded gentiles from the kingdom, but they do not share the same position as the children of Israel. Christ made that clear during His earthly ministry to Israel (Matt 15:21-28).

In the body of Christ there is NEITHER Jew NOR Greek. Things that are different are not the same.
That lady in Matt. 15 was like the thief hanging on the cross....faith alone. Wouldn't they be part of the remnant?

I agree, as God is in His own kingdom, so if His kingdom is within you, so is God Almighty.

And the reborn also get a new heart whether they are Jewish or Gentile. (2 Cor 5:17)
