What God Requires For Our Salvation

You do know that the jews thought God was a golden calf that delivered them from the house of bondage in Egypt?

You also know, I am sure, that you worship Jesus as if he was a god born as a demigod which is the son of a god with an earthly woman. Don't you? (Mat. 1:18)

Scriptures plainly say that people were born anew through the resurrection of Christ, NOT through his coming to faith from the hearing of the Good News.

ESV 1 Peter 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead

People have NOTHING to do with their being born again other than as beneficiaries. Man's participation is in their response to God's call for every man everywhere to repent (Acts 17:30). This is the same call God issued in the OT (Ezek 18:30); the same call made by the Savior in the gospel that He preached (Mark 1:14, 15).

And because every man everywhere is COMMANDED to repent, it simply follows that every man is CAPABLE of repenting, having been EMPOWERED, having been born again through the resurrection of Jesus. And no one is exempted from complying with that command, because God through Christ will judge the world in righteousness (Acts 17:30, 31) and reward each one according to what each has done, (Matt 16:27; Rev 22:12).

Repentance is change of mind for that which is good. Instead of doing evil, one changes his mind and does good. IOW, he overcomes evil with good (Rom 12:21). Christ assures us that overcomers will He not blot out from the book of life but will be seated with Him in His throne as He also overcame and sat down with the Father in His throne (Rev 3:5, 21). All NOT blotted out will be ushered into the heavenly portals (Rev 21:27). All blotted out will have portion in the lake of fire (Rev 20:15).

So you think that every individual in the world is already born again?

All descendants of Adam and Eve are all born in Christ, died when He died (2 Cor 5:14, 15; Heb 2:9), made alive TOGETHER with Him (Col 2:13; Eph 2:4-6) and born again through the resurrection of Christ.

NAS 1 Peter 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead

What is required for people now is to repent: overcome evil with good (Rom 12:21). Repent or perish, as Christ Himself said (Luke 13:3).

Good advice from one well aware all he can do is duck from Scriptures presented by the duck.
Calvinists teach people are born in sin. When asked to provide Scriptural basis, the best from the myriad they provide is King David's statement in Ps 51:5 where he said he was conceived in sin.

Their reasoning goes this way: Because David is conceived in sin, all people must be conceived in sin and hence born in sin.

But what amuses me is this: they take David's statement of his condition and apply it to all people but they REFUSE to apply to all people God's statement to Jeremiah that He sanctified him in his mother's womb BEFORE he was born. And those God sanctifies, He makes perfect FOREVER (Heb 10:10, 14).

So alright, conceived in sin, BUT sanctified before birth and made perfect forever in God's sight. Hence, NOT born in sin; instead, born in Christ - the Sinless One.

And wonder of wonders, all the legendary TOL exegete does is duck.

Psalm 51:5 should be enough. It is enough for all that believe Gods's word. There are many other scriptures that teach that man is born into sin, but you have your mind made up, so what's the use?

Jesus, in our name and on our behalf has offered to God the Father a life of perfect obedience according to God's holy law, Matthew 5:18. This life was lived for our justification, Romans 3:26.

Jesus, in our name and on our behalf took our sins upon himself and became sin for us, 2 Corinthians 5:21.

In Jesus Christ we have been justified, sanctified and redeemed, 1 Corinthians 1:30. We now stand complete in him, Colossians 2:10. No religion needed.

You teach that sinners Christ died for are going to perish in their sins!

Your false Calvinist God will not let you believe what the Bible says.

The Bible says that you must believe and receive what God has done for you in Jesus Christ.

No one will perish in their sins that are "In Christ."

Here is what God's word says... "But as many as received him (Jesus) to them gave he the power to become sons of God, even to them that BELIEVE upon his name" John 1:12.

Now, your Calvinist God does not want you to believe this scripture.

To teach that sinners Christ died for are going to perish in their sins anyways, denies that Christ is the Saviour from sin!

If Jesus died for the sins of the whole world, 1 John 4:14, then salvation has been provided for everyone, Hebrews 2:9. And now, "Whosoever that shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved" Romans 10:13.

Your Calvinist God is really upset with these scriptures and doesn't want you to believe them.

You deny that Christ is a Saviour. You teach that sinners He came to Save, wind up lost in their sins anyways!
