"You cannot have a 'come in Savior' and a 'stay out Lord'." Ro 14:9 ~ Adrian Rogers

Geez, do you not invest anytime in Scripture outside of the notions of TV preachers?

Your entire deal seems to be "whoever makes sense to me.."

Who's next - Benny Hinn?

One thing is certain; you are not here to learn...

You can't obey Jesus. You come as you are and then he changes you (1 Pet. 1:2).

If you do not obey Jesus and repent of your sins, you will not be saved.

Luke 13:3 I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.

The Holy Spirit is given to those whom Jesus saves.

Jesus gives the Holy Spirit to those that obey.

Acts 5:32 We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him."

Liar! I was forgiven all trespasses (Colossians 2:13 KJV) 2000 years ago when God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing our trespasses unto us (2 Corinthians 5:19 KJV).

You do NOT enter that grace unless you have faith that Jesus' blood washes the sins you repent of doing.

See Romans 5:2.

According to you then no one is saved as: (taking Hebrews out of context for a moment) without shedding of blood, is no remission (Hebrews 9:22 KJV). When was Christ's blood shed for us?

Again, grace is that Jesus shed his blood for us, and we can enter that covenant, if we have faith. We do not have access to that grace unless we have faith that Jesus' blood washes away the sins we repent of doing.

That was actually both funny and comprehensible. You ARE able to communicate in complete sentences! I thought there was some hidden talent in you after the OP, but then it went back into hiding.

The OP was actually from a bunch of sources duck taped together by W.

When W, heir, and STP get involved, the discussions get dumb quickly.

Thanks, fruitcake candyandy! You're disagreeing with us, means that we are on the right track! Thanks again, Ope!

PS: Could you raise my Uncle Arthur, from the dead, Ope? He owes me $43 from a "Hold 'em" tournament, a few years back-he went "light."

Made up,and your satanic spam, is plagiarized, "duck taped," from your papa, the devil, you vile, wicked, subjective, emotional basket case.

Get saved, you slug.

"Before God justifies us, we have to choose to repent and commit ourselves to him…You claim that sin is irrelevant to our salvation. You claim that our efforts to follow Jesus do nothing for our salvation…if he wants to be a christian, he has to commit himself to this change'…Notice that the gentiles Paul preached to, had to turn from sin in order to be forgiven?.... When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith, we are saved…What these guys are saying is that we are saved through believing only... Everybody knows that faith involves commitment,… We have to turn from our evil deeds in order to receive salvation… MAD says that you don't have to repent because its not necessary. Repentance means to turn from a self willed life of sin to Christ in order to receive forgivness from sin."..”-candyandycain

“How can you submit to the righteousness of God without repenting? If I do not change my sinful ways, I haven't submitted to God's righteousness….Notice that the gentiles Paul preached to, had to turn from sin in order to be forgiven?... When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith, we are saved….What these guys are saying is that we are saved through believing only….Knowledge doesn't save you, faith that is initiated by turning from sin does…..Repentance in salvation is an initial turning from sin….If a person repents of their sin, then this is the proof that their faith was genuine…And if we genuinely do believe, we will repent (turn from sin)….. Repentance is simply to turn from sin.. Repent means to change/turn, and we have to turn from darkness, sin…We have to turn from our evil deeds in order to receive salvation.. What will he think of people who refused to repent and turn from sin,…?... So you do believe it is necessary to repent (change/turn from sin)? … then we have repented by turning to him. If we turn to him, we are automatically turning from our self (sin, repenting)…. So you do believe it is necessary to repent (change/turn from sin)? … Repentance means to turn from sin, "-candyandycain

You're denying it?
Crossing over to lying now?

Lets look at one simple example in your OP.

Consider the book of Galatians, which is a stern, severe, corrective, and solemn message-there is no word of commendation, praise or thanksgiving. Paul's "heart" is laid bare here as the letters are peppered with deep emotion and strong feeling. This is his "fighting epistle"-he is on a war path, with no tolerance for legalism! It is the declaration of freedom from all types of legalism. While Romans was from Paul's "head" with its lawyerly, systematic treatise on justification by faith, and faith alone, Galatians was from his heart. It is the boldest, strongest declaration and defense(as is this brilliant, humble post) of the doctrine of justification by faith in and out of the scriptures, and, as such, is God's polemic on behalf of the most vital truth of the Christian truth against any attack. That is, not only is a sinner saved by grace through faith(not commitment), but the saved sinner lives by grace(sanctification=commitment=the Christian "walk").

J Vernon McGee - Genesis To Revelation

In this epistle the heart of Paul the apostle is laid bare, and there is deep emotion and strong feeling. This is is fighting epistle—he is on his war path. He has no toleration for legalism. Someone has said that the Epistle to the Romans comes from the head of Paul while the Epistle to the Galatians comes from the heart of Paul. A theologian has said, “Galatians takes up controversially what Romans puts systematically.”............................
Galatians is the strongest declaration and defense of the doctrine of justification by faith in or out of Scripture. It is God’s polemic on behalf of the most vital truth of the Christian faith against an attack. Not only is a sinner saved by grace through faith lus nothing, ut the saved sinner lives by grace. Grace is a way to life andJ a way of life. These two go together, by the way.

Made up, as whenever a child of the devil, Christ rejector, such as yourself, feels compelled to use "clearly," it means it is not clear, and that they are lying.

And clearly you are on pot, you wicked fruit cake, in the "spirit" of "Jim Beam," as all you do is plagiarize from the devil, and TBN, with this "repent is turning from sin" "duct tape" plagiarizing, re-hash, and this "commit" re-hash plagiarizing you loser. You flaming fruitcake, and habitual liar, like your father, and fellow demon, Tellalie.

Loser. Embarrassing clown.

" The need to repent and commit our life to God.. It's not a case of how much, it's whether or not its genuine....…. The need to repent and commit our life to God.. It's not a case of how much, it's whether or not its genuine.....The essential element of commitment is repentance…Everybody knows that faith involves commitment,… If faith is not genuine, people won't respond (no turning from sin)…. Faith that is genuine will reach out and appropriate God's grace and forgiveness by turning to Christ and accepting him as their Lord, rather than continuing in sin where they are still Lord of their own lives.. ."-candyandycain, plagiarizing from "Christian" TV, re-hashing the devil's "subtil" scam, subjectivity, "feel good" slight of hand
