Why should God put humans away in some horrid hell, when he is putting sin away through Jesus, Heb.9:26

You dispose of sin, not people; God is not stupid.

1Tim.4:10" For we therefore labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the " of ALL men, specially those that believe." Two obvious groups are saved here, one- ALL men, second- believers. Praise God, the salvation of all is in scripture, right there for you to cherry pick.

Why should God put humans away in some horrid hell...

:duh:

because they've done evil

just like Jesus says:

john 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,

29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

Mickiel,
This is not a trap. ok doser has put this verse out a number a times. I, for one, would like hear your understanding of why this verse is wrong, why Jesus is wrong, or why the verse doesn't mean what it seems to say. Your thoughts?

I don't respond to OK Doser because of name calling and total insulting disrespect he or she has shown me. I hold no interest in communicating with people who highly disrespect me as a person. And he or she is one of those who offers no apology for their insults.

Anyhow in John 5:29 the term " Damnation" is incorrect, it should be rendered " Judgment." There is no such thing as the resurrection of damnation, the translators of the bible thought that damnation should be put there, because they thought like most Christians think, in terms of damnation. And in verse 30 Jesus said his judgment is just. Jesus was discussing judgment, not damnation.

Why would God need a hell, when he holds all power in his hands?

Why use power to build a hell, when you can use it to save the people.

ahh, i see

Jesus was discussing judging those that have done evil as being resurrected into life

as opposed to those that have done good, unto the resurrection of life :dizzy:

it takes a special kind of stupid to twist scripture the way you do mickie

:mock:mickie the moron

Why should God create a hell, why waste his creative power on something that Jesus cancels out. In Phil. 2:10, one day, just not today, every knee shall bow in Jesus name, and every human- including all those humans that religion condemns , they are destined to confess in Christ and be converted by God.

This is the awesome future of all of humanity- and that future FITS the way God thinks. Eternal hell does not fit how God thinks.

Why would God need a hell, when ALL nations are predestined to be blessed by God, Gal.3:8. Everyone is going to get in on this great salvation.

Let me show you something that is good to God and something he has totally accepted; 1Tim.2:3-4, "For this is good and acceptable to God our Savior, Who WILL have ALL men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth." God WILL have everyone saved, because that is a good acceptable thing to him; although most of his followers don't accept this.

Why does man need prisons?
Why does water need a container?
Why is the Earth round?
Why does bread come out of the toaster burnt?

These things.. we shall never know :plain:

Why would the world need a hell, when Jesus came into the world to save sinners, 1Tim.1:15. Are you dare suggesting that there will be millions that Jesus cannot save? Are you calling Jesus a failure?

Jesus does not loose sheep, and all humans are sheep.

Hey, why would God need a hell when he has a Jesus? Why did God send Jesus to earth? 1 John 4:14, "And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD!" You don't need a hell for the world when God sent Jesus here to save the world!

Hello! What you think Jesus is incompetent. You think he can't do what God sent him here to do?

What's wrong with you? Where is your faith?

Why should we look for hell for humanity? We can look for God to be merciful. Jude 1:21, " Keep yourselves in the Love of God, looking for the Mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life."

Don't just look for mercy for yourself, but for everyone.

Funny how Jesus talked more about Hell and warning than of Heaven and salvation, and yet we have these people consistently talking about how God would never create Hell.

People don't want to believe in the Biblical God and all that comes with it. They rather like to create their own spin on the whole thing and call it the truth

This is a stunning Christian false teaching. Jesus mentioned hell 9 times , 5 times he meant Sheol or the grave, 4 times he meant Gehanna, the valley of Hinnom, a place to burn refuse outside of Jerusalem. Jesus mentions heaven over 200 times; its not even close.

'Mentioned' and 'talked about' are two different things. There wasn't all that warning for a serene oblivion after death.

But go ahead and believe that Christianity is all about an atheistic death vs eternal salvation- that the penalty for wickedness is simply just a course of nature without God.

You look at merely the quotes of Jesus in the Bible and expect that's all there is- and that is the problm with those such as yourself. Hell was not 'made up'.
