Yeah but Hanna-Barbera were the masters at a) creating annoying sidekicks and b) ruining good franchises (like Scooby-Doo).

Often, these two factors were inextricably co-mingled.

I liked Cartoon Network's Harvey Birdman, Attorney At Law (warning, very downmarket humor; may scar childhood memories) because from Hell's heart it struck at some of the more annoying Hanna-Barbera characters.

BTW, science irrefutably shows Wile E. Coyote to be the best. But I would also accept Daffy or Bugs as co-victors.

Also, who hates Bugs and his friends? That's just wrong.
