What is government's response to coronavirus doing to us financially and food wise?

I've been warning about what's coming in this area since almost the first lockdown. Well, look at what the numbers are?

And not only that, but what is going on with the food supply itself? How about a large farm raising food? Insects for food!

We are reaching the point of many people being priced out of the food markets due to month after month of inflation in the prices of food. And the wealthy recognize this and are preparing us our new food source: Bugs. In less than a year we have gone from a nation of plenty, to a nation of starving people unable to feed ourselves. And this is directly due to government overreaction. And if/when Biden ever gets into office his policies are going to accelerate this hunger timeline. He want's to lock everyone down for three straight months.

One of the signs of a collapsing economy, like what happened in Germany after WW1, is something called deflation. In deflation prices start falling. What that does is it stops people from buying anything they might be able to do without for a while. Why? Because those who still have money are seeing prices collapse so they will save money if they wait to make their purchase.

Are we seeing any signs of this here in the US? Yeah, rents, both domestic and commercial rates are dropping like a rock because so many businesses are failing and people can no longer afford high rents. This is hitting big cities hard.

Take a look at what other type of tyranny is here and how it has been arriving. When you read this keep in mind that socialism is an administrative state.

Now how about the crime wave created by the defunding of the police at the very time crime will rise due to lack of jobs and the resulting lack of income. Kinda sounds just like what's been going on in Mexico for the last year or two with the cartels doesn't it?

We are watching the collapse of America right before our very eyes.

Another aspect of government reaction to the coronavirus is that state revenues are dropping like a rock. They can't pay their bills and fund all their social justice programs. So they are going to be raising taxes and worse. Worse is taxing those who do not even live in their state and doing it retroactively. That's what California is starting to do, and it will spread from there to other bankrupt states run by Democrats.

There was an article I heard about recently that said that this was a profitable year for farmers, despite them yielding so little, which caused a food shortage. I'm trying to find the link, but not sure I'll be able to.

Yes we are. And what is happening right now has been the socialist dream for a long time. They've been wanting to make the US a third world country and banana republic for decades. They are getting their wish. Too bad most of them are so ignorant they don't realize that they too are going to have to live here. It's only those at the very top of the heap in a socialist country that can eat. See Venezuala as our prime example. Garbage piled in the streets. People eating out of the garbage heaps. No sanitation. No running water. No clean water.

No money for gas. No money for food. And prices so high that a year or two ago it took a weeks wages to buy a cup of coffee. That is paradise to a socialist.

That is what's beginning to arrive here.

I haven't read anything on that.

The USDA made dairy farmers dump millions of gallons of milk rather than at least donating it to food banks. The same agency forced farmers to kill their livestock: cattle, pigs, chickens. Potato farmers were forced to plow under thousands of acres of their crops. The why makes no sense. And food prices soared this last year.
