I actually do understand about baptism and immersion.
I cannot do so. I was also not claiming that he was.
But the question is about which word should be used, baptism or immersion.
Hi and the Greek word for BAPTISM is a Transliteration by the following English words :
#1 , Water in Matt 3
#2 , Washing , Heb 9:10
#3 Washing of dead bodies in 1 Cor 15:29
#4 PLACING as in Rom Rom 6: and 4
#5 PLACING in 1 Cor 12:13
#6 Identity in placed together in 1 Cor 10:1 and 2
#7 The one BAPTISMA or one baptizer
#8 The BAPTISM by Paul with the LAYING by Hands Acts 19:6

I'm gonna go with baptism to repent from the events of Mt 12. Because baptism saved the Jews from the physical punishment of the unpardonable sin.
