Rasmussen Reports™: The Most Comprehensive Public Opinion Data Anywhere

The presidential race has grown a bit tighter in this week’s White House Watch survey.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey of Likely U.S. Voters finds Donald Trump with 42% of the vote, while Hillary Clinton earns 40%. Thirteen percent (13%) still like another candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

This survey was taken Tuesday evening following FBI Director James Comey's announcement that his agency would not seek any indictments of Clinton despite her "extremely careless" handling of classified information while serving as secretary of State. Most voters disagree with Comey’s decision.

Trump pulled ahead of Clinton last week 43% to 39%, his highest level of support in Rasmussen Reports’ matchups with Clinton since last October. Support for Clinton remains below the level of support she received for most of June.

Rasmussen Reports will release new presidential race numbers with Libertarian Gary Johnson in the mix tomorrow morning at 8:30 Eastern.

Trump now earns 73% support among his fellow Republicans and picks up 13% of the Democratic vote. Seventy-nine percent (79%) of Democrats like Clinton, as do 11% of GOP voters. Among voters not affiliated with either major party, Trump holds a 20-point lead, but 33% of these voters like some other candidate or are undecided.

Trump will win
I sure hope so.

If he does, Canada will have to build a wall along its 5,525 miles of border to prevent the American hordes from fleeing their country. Presumably Canada will send the final bill to President Trump!
Only idiots will leave, just your kind of people - Leftwing socialist morons.

Donald Trump pulls ahead of Hillary Clinton in Florida and Pennsylvania, tied in Ohio: poll

SOURCE: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/jul/13/donald-trump-pulls-ahead-hillary-clinton-florida-a/

QUOTE:
Donald Trump, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, has erased what had been an 8-point deficit to his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton in Florida to pull ahead in the state by 3 points, while holding a 2-point edge in Pennsylvania and running even in Ohio, according to polling released Wednesday.

In Florida, Mr. Trump was at 42 percent support to Mrs. Clinton’s 39 percent in the Quinnipiac polling, compared to a 47 percent to 39 percent lead for Mrs. Clinton in a Quinnipiac survey released last month.

In Pennsylvania, Mr. Trump led by 2 points, 43 percent to 41 percent. Last month, Mrs. Clinton had a 1-point , 42 percent to 41 percent, lead.

In Ohio, Mr. Trump and Mrs. Clinton were tied at 41 percent apiece. Last month, they were tied at 40 percent apiece.

“Donald Trump enters the Republican convention on a small roll in the three most important swing states in the country. He has wiped out Hillary Clinton’s lead in Florida, is on the upside of too-close to call races in Florida and Pennsylvania and is locked in a dead heat in Ohio”

No Republican has won the White House without winning Ohio. Ohioans love to remind us that they choose the presidents. So, this poll is a poll to watch:

LOCAL:
Polls: Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump still tied in Ohio
LINK: Cincinnati Enquirer

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton remain tied in quintessential swing state Ohio, two new polls say, as Ohioans doubt Clinton's moral superiority over Trump.

In a head-to-head race, the two candidates are tied at 41 percent each in Ohio, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday.......

White House Watch

White House Watch: Trump 43%, Clinton 42%
Source: White House Watch - Rasmussen Reports™

Hillary Clinton has rebounded into a virtual tie with Donald Trump in Rasmussen Reports’ latest White House Watch survey.

Our weekly national telephone and online survey of Likely U.S. Voters finds Trump with 43% support, while Clinton earns 42%. Eleven percent (11%) like some other candidate, and four percent (4%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

This is the fourth week in a row that Trump has been statistically ahead. A week ago, he earned his highest level of support to date, leading Clinton 44% to 37%. The latest survey was taken Monday and Tuesday evenings, so it’s too early to say whether Trump will receive any bump from his nomination this week at the Republican National Convention.
