"And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand" (Jn.10:28).

According to your false teaching no one was given eternal life before the cross.

The Greek word translated "give" is in the present tense. So they received etwrnal life then and not a some point in the future.
