Trump may or may not be responsible for threats made toward Pence just like Hillary may or may not be responsible for threats made toward Trump, like blowing up the White House. But I do not believe such hateful expressions are godly no matter who is making them or who they are directed against.

Whether such a person casting such a vote has committed a crime would be hard to prove either way but that isn't the point. Whether the person could be charged with a crime isn't the criteria for determining whether a particular ballot is legitimate and should be counted. Such a vote would absolutely NOT be a valid ballot and should not be counted precisely because there is a credible question as to its veracity. That's the way you must do it or else you build opportunities for cheating into the system.
