A person must be Born of God to hear the Gospel which is God's Words.

John 8:47
He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

Before New Birth nothing you do pleases God Rom. 8:8, because the carnal mind is enmity against God Rom. 8:7.

There is no scripture that says that you must first be born of God to hear the Gospel. What the scripture does say is that those that hear the Gospel and believe the Gospel are born again. Galatians 3:2.
