The 'man made' system which is designed to handle out breaks of Ebola is founded on modern scientific and intellectual theory.
We, in the supposed modern civilized world, have anchored our life and lifestyles on many ideas all of which are modern scientific and intellectual theory
The entire man made modern scientific and intellectual theory for handling out breaks of Ebola was recently tested on only one case in the U.S.A.
The system failed. This system failure seriously impacted Carnival cruise line very negatively. And they have so far paid financially for what cannot be their fault.
The designer of that system must explain why it failed and why they did not have a fail safe system for the very simple matter of managing and guiding workers who looked after the health care of that single Ebola patient.
This is the second failure of modern scientific and intellectual theory in the U.S.A.. The first failure being modern scientific and intellectual economic theory. When this theory was actually called on to perform as expected, it failed to preserve or restore the U.S.A. economy recently. (Unless the out come was what was expected.)
It seem that most, if not all, modern scientific and intellectual theories will come under real live serious tests, as the world population becomes increasingly less malleable and less conforming to old traditional human and other behavior patters.
This will and must inevitably herald a paradigm shift of a seriously different flavor. The question is after how much failure of the existing way of doing things?
The wisdom and lifestyle of the 'civilized world' is informed and dominantly managed and controlled by modern scientific and intellectual theories. These are absolutely anchored on traditional human actualization and traditional behavioral theory of humans, insects, germs etc. These theories of human and other actualization and behaviors are now very outdated and no longer relevant.
However the authorities are addressing these changes (which informed modern scientific and intellectual theories) with blinder on and denial. Indeed what seems to prevail now in the 'modern civilized world' (the U.S.A. recently) is an obvious and deliberate unrelated over compensating (i.e. red herring gesturing) for such failures.
This is exemplify by Carnival Cruise line paying financially for the failure of modern scientific and intellectual theory which was used recently for managing a single person Ebola out break, in the U.S.A..
I can well imagine that U.S.A. authorities will compensate Carnival cruise line.
However whiles everyone is led to look the other way the absolute irrelevance and inadequacies of the modern scientific and intellectual theory which was used recently for managing just one person with Ebola in the U.S.A. remains. Such failure can easily lead to a serious or absolute outbreak of Ebola. Such a failure cannot be taken (absorbed) as one takes (absorbs) an economic failure.
