Paul was explaining how ALL have sinned and fall short, he was explaining about how Jews are sinners too like the Gentiles.

That doesn't mean we do not have to repent of those sins.

And then Paul said, "For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23.

Obey what - the old law? That's what it always comes down to with you people. Gentiles were never required to keep the law from Genesis to Revelation. Your law is to put all your trust in Christ and nothing in yourself because you're a sinner and can't perform one good deed.
