National Israel temporarily represented the Elect of God (His Church). The teaching that they will be restored as an earthly nation is anti-biblical, carnal, and politically dangerous.
The Covenant promises were meant only for the spiritual offspring of Jesus Christ, who throughout history have been called out of all the nations; Jews & Gentiles all.
MADist teaching is without scriptural validity and confused, if not downright a lie from the devil, who would deny God's grace to extend to all kinds and races of mankind.

National Israel was elect, and still is even though they are enemies of the gospel.

Promises were made to National Israel (ie. earthly Israel), and to Israel's seed (plural).
