Should we observe all the commands from Jesus' ministry?

They shouldn't... unless their job is to spread the gospel 100% of the time.. someone like Billy Graham would qualify for that.

But if you are preaching to the same congregation or two week after week, month after month... you are an elder and should work in the secular world for you and your families financial needs.

What do you believe about the scriptures that imply Christian leaders or elders should be paid? Their needs should be provided for at least. Paul ministered without charging for the gospel. But the worker is worthy of his hire.

God has made many covenants with man. I believe Jesus observed and taught the Law. Should Jews and Gentiles observe the commands of Jesus to include those found in the entirety of His earthly ministry?

The following link is where this question was asked of Steve Gregg on The Narrow Path www.thenarrowpath.com this morning. Start at or before 18:01.

The Messiah said not one jot or tittle shall be changed from the law, so yes the ten commandments still apply today.

The workers who solely preach and spread the gospel, like evangelists and missionaries...can operate on temporary funding from those who support them.

Paul asked those that aspire to the ministry to follow his model and not burden the congregation.... how come that has become inversed? To the detriment of the body of Christ.

Those who minister should either be supported by those they minister to or by those who sent them, unless they follow Paul's example. And yet those Paul ministered to loved him greatly.
