The United State Government employs more than 50 employees. Under Obamacare an employer who employs more than 50 employees must provide health care for its employees. Get it?
The Repubtard who wanted Congress to have to buy their own was being dramatic as they tend to do when it comes to fighting progress.
And lying bammy said that we would all have the same quality healthcare as congress, which is a lie.

The delay is from 10/1 to 11/1 for the website http://healthcare.gov to allow small businesses to enroll for coverage on 1/1/2014. So, yes, this is a minor delay but that is why they had a three month ramp up. Still on 10/1, small businesses can use http://healthcare.gov to find out their health care purchasing options. Then they have two more months to purchase said insurance before the 1/1/2014 go-live of Obamacare.
No big deal. Don't try to make it a big deal.

The reason these plans will be "wiped out" is that they do not meet the new quality standards. For example, they don't cover you if you preexisting conditions, discriminate based on gender, do not have a cap on out of pocket expenses, can drop you if you get sick... in other words, they are crappy insurance plans which are now going to be illegal.
Are you going to miss being excluded because of preexisting conditions? Discrimination? No cap? Insecurity?

No, they are wiped out because the new regulations are so onerous that the companies withdrew from those markets rather than lose money.
If the ACA were really concerned about the poor person with no insurance, they would have forced all the health insurance companies to go not-for-profit and limited their overhead and executive pay... but the reality is that the ACA is a huge handout to the larger insurance companies that can handle the huge amount of increased paperwork.
The biggest tell tail sign that this law is a stinker is that the government has had to hire 'navigators' to educate and help people through they myriad of new regulations.

The fact that you believe that really bothers me... you have been duped.
Not to mention that the Canadian and UK health systems are having real issues right now.... the German one seems the best and has been around the longest and is still in good shape... not to mention it absorbed all of east Germany and still is in the black.
