she is 85 years old and still very active and looks great.

It is not hereditary because not everyone in her family is like that, she says.

I would like to be like that when I become that age, but my body contrition started to wear and tear a lot by yard work.

I guess I can stop my yard work. But I will not becaseu yard work is my pass time.

I reduced to 6 hours instead of 8 or 10 hours work a day.

BTW, she takes good care of herself, mostly what to eat and not to take meds if she can help it.

And she does not abuse the body like I do, over using.

I believe strength is the most important factor in longevity.

I agree but you can also abuse body by trying to build the strength.

Many body builders at the gym damaged their muscle by their training.

and became weaker than people who is not body building.

Yes, many bodybuilders do crazy things to their bodies.
That's not what I'm advocating. :)

My son cannot work out anymore because he injured back.

He thought he was doing correctly.

He is still young so it will recover.

He learned hard and painful way.

Many I know do not work out body building, yet, their longevity is long and healthy.
If I want to live long, I need to stop my yard work because I tend to over do.


I won't satisfy unless I work many hours.
