It's Not for Today or It is For Today

When we first "hear" the Grace Message, we come before God as a sinner.
We must admit that we're a sinner, to God and we must realize that, there's
nothing we can do, including give up all our sins, past, present, and future. We
come to Him, sins and all. Faith in Christ is the prerequisite to receiving, God's
mercy, forgiveness, and eternal life. The Holy Spirit cleanses us of ALL sin, past
present and future, seals, indwells, and baptizes (not by water) into the Body of
Christ. There is nothing we have to offer God except our faith in what Christ
accomplished on the cross!

Are you saying you do not obey Jesus in any way and have not given up any sin for him?

The "indwelling" Holy Spirit works to conform us into the Image of
Christ. The Holy Spirit creates the fruit within us and it's to the
glory of God. We are (the true believer) part of the Body of Christ.

Without the Holy Spirit, we can do nothing of worth. There are,
Workers and Faithers. Workers depend upon themselves and
what THEY do. The Faither trusts God for his salvation and his
place in the Body of Christ.

If you're a child of God, Christ has paid the price for ALL of our sins.
Basically, the child of God has NO sin. So, how can he give up, what
he doesn't have? We're "positioned" in Christ however, we still live in
the flesh and the flesh is vulnerable to being disobedient, that's why
God "disciplines" His own! However, that discipline is only while we're
in the flesh! There is NO judgement, condemnation, or punishment
when we will stand before God the Son. Because, we stand before
God the Son (the Lord Jesus) with His righteousness!

Why is God disciplining you if you have no sin?
