I am somewhat... SOMEWHAT "repentant" RE attitude toward liberals...


yeh, I have been thinking about this...

I still hate what they "stand for" (ha ha...)

still hate their destructive policies that are destroying this country

etc...

But you know...

We can never forget where we came from

I used to be a (social) liberal

meaning I didn't always think that some mortal sins were actually mortal (as in: Avoid like the Plague) sins...

in other words: I used to be a teenager



I didn't know any better

and so we have to r emember that most liberals

just don't know any better

I don't fault them for not knowing any better, but I do fault them for refusing to listen to reason and the facts when they are presented to them.

although when i was much younger, i didn't think abortion was as big a deal as i do now... Then i saw an aborted child... dead children in a waste basket... which made me cry...

and from that point on, i was totally, 100% pro life...

well, we all have such moments in our spiritual walk... but if only we knew how ... God's laws are only there for our own good... giving up sin is not a deprivation... although our body says otherwise @ times...

I think of the psg about how Satan appears as an angel of light... to deceive... to destroy...

he is stronger than we are.. which is why we need not just some mental assent type of thing w/Jesus... but His Church... the sacraments... especially the Eucharist... which is Christ Himself...


(yeh, i know... you dont agree... but i do know what i am talking about...been Catholic [& more/less logical] a long time...)

yeh, i got to thinking about this

some are without excuse.. Well, maybe they are all w/o excuse(?) more or less... as the Bible says (romans 1?)

but here are some who are TOTALLY without excuse: Harry Reid...

b/c they have SEEN photographs of aborted children in Senate hearings..

sorry, but i would hate to be them on Judgment Day..
