The FBI is now closing in on the problems with Giuliani's story. Giuliani and the owner of the shop where the computer was allegedly delivered, have changed their stories at least once each, and examination of the digital images has turned up evidence of tampering.



The FBI labs are now taking a closer look. And Giuliani is now acting very defensively.

This probably looked like a good idea to Trump's Russian backers, but the weak link seems to have been Rudy, who bungled the execution of the plot. Now, the Trump campaign seems to be hoping that the FBI investigation won't be finished before the election.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani reportedly provided the New York Post with a copy of the hard drive the emails originated from. But he has refused to release metadata information for messages the Post described as “smoking-gun” evidence that Hunter Biden introduced a Burisma executive to his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, in 2015.

In an interview published by the Daily Beast, Issac, the repair shop owner, did not answer key questions.

“Throughout the interview, Mac Isaac switched back and forth from saying he reached out to law enforcement after viewing the files in the laptop to saying that it was actually the FBI that contacted him,” the Beast wrote. NBC News has reached out to Isaac but has not heard back.

Worth reading. Lots of important facts to consider.

And the killer is that all that would be needed to confirm it is for Rudy to turn over the original for a check of the metadata. But for some reason, Rudy doesn't want to to that.

If I was Rudy, I'd be lawyering up myself.

Of course, he could shut them all up by producing the metadata, showing that it wasn't a fake, engineered by the Russians. But for some reason, he's reluctant to do that. :chuckle:

And we all know how it was proven the Russians worked with and elected Mr. Trump. Makes your head spin! It's just appalling how the Russians are persecuting the reprobate left who, though they work for the devil, we all know can do no wrong. It's scary. There's that video of Vice President Biden bragging how quickly he used U.S. foreign policy to blackmail Ukraine into firing the prosecutor going after Burisma. We all know Biden would never actually do what Trump did not do and got impeached for. Those Russians are making Photoshop counterfeiters look like real pikers, in their ability to counterfeit videos!

It can't be stressed enough. If it's about Democrat evil and corruption, you are not to believe your lying eyes! Also, if it's about Trump, and come to find there's nothing to see, that's also a case where you're not to believe your lying eyes. Remember. Russians are always responsible for a Democrat's failings, a Russian always works against Democrats, to make it look like what they say and do looks like what they say and do. Makes sense to me. LOL! (I'm convinced Putin is behind belly button lint, too.)

Sounds like someone missed a nap today. Read the Mueller report. Putin did what he could to help Trump. All of our intelligence agencies found that, and have found that he was trying again. It now appears that the "Biden email" scheme was their doing, also. But the FBI is now evaluating who was behind it. It probably seemed like a good idea, but now it's just one more scandal weighing down the Trump campaign.

Actually, it was the EU and the United States, and the complaint was that the prosecutor wasn't going after corrupt companies.

The difference is evidence. There were witnesses who saw Trump's attempt. But as you know, Biden didn't demand any political favors such as Trump demanded.

As you see, cybersecurity guys have already found numerous signs of tampering with the documents, and now Rudy is refusing to show the metadata, which would settle the issue rather quickly. Not hard to figure out why he's hiding it, is it?

There's a good chance we'll get to the bottom of this before election day. Trump is hoping desperately that we won't.

Well, if I did or didn't, it would be no big deal, even quite immaterial, because at least I'm not spiritually dead and would wake back up. At least there's some difference, when I'm asleep. LOL! You know, you're quite the spin doctor. Who needs facts to be a liberal? You guys just make stuff up as you go along. Historians of the left probably already had the history of Hillary's presidency written, by the end of 2015.
