to have forgiveness of sins and inherit Eternal Life Eph. 1:4-11.

But the non-elect [the cursed goats Mat. 25:33, 41] children of the devil Mat. 13:38-39 will forever
remain under God's Wrath John 3:36 because He has not been propitiated / appeased for their sins,
and so, according to God's Law and Justice, they were condemned already John 3:18!

You hit the nail on the head ! In these Salvation matters, World always means the Elect from all Nations ! It denotes the entire scope of God's Elect throughout the World, and not just among the jews !
