God's eternal Law and the applicability of the Law vs. does God's Law change?

God's Law is God's Law. It doesn't change. Does our understanding of God's Law change? Do we attempt to change God's Law?

Is the Law only for the sinner? Are believers sinners? Is the Law for believers? Is it possible for a believer to sin?

Is there anything about the Law that does not apply to today? If so, how and why?
