Finally! The courts have ruled masking mandates unconstitutional.

After months of enforced unconstitutional leftist mandates brutally forced on Americans by leftist politicians, the court has shut down the illegal government trashing of American freedoms and rights. If only our politicians had had a better understanding of the Constitution before they steered the nation in this wrong direction.

It took 15 months for a judge to finally apply the Constitution against the most severe and arbitrary violations of our most basic civil liberties, but it's better late than never.

Lest there be any misunderstanding, the fact that masks mandates have been ruled unconstitutional does not mean they are not a wise public measure that will save lives.

The Constitution, for all its merits, is an imperfect document written by imperfect human beings.

The sad thing is that the virus does not care about the Constitution, or subtle legal arguments. All it cares about is any easy pathway into the respiratory tract. No doubt, the coronavirus is more than happy that mask mandates have been struck down.

Claiming masks work makes some people feel good, but it is not true.

Doesn't mean they are a wise public measure, either.

The Constitution, for all its merits, is an imperfect document written by imperfect human beings.

The Bible, however, despite being written by imperfect human beings, was authored by the perfect and holy Creator.

The sad thing is that the virus does not care about the Constitution, or subtle legal arguments. All it cares about is any easy pathway into the respiratory tract. No doubt, the coronavirus is more than happy that mask mandates have been struck down.

Well, no, the virus doesn't care about anything at all, because it's not alive. It's just a machine.
