The Supreme Court denied the Biden administration’s attempt to revive Homeland Security’s new rules limiting which illegal immigrants can be targeted for arrest or deportation, but the justices said Thursday they will speed the case onto their calendar for a full hearing later this year.

President Biden’s team had lost in lower courts, with judges ruling Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas cut legal corners and violated immigration law in carving whole categories of illegal immigrants out of danger of deportation.

Mr. Biden’s lawyers had asked the justices to stay the lower court decision while the case was argued, but a divided Supreme Court rejected that.

It is past time to begin calling things by their names. President Biden’s open border policy allows the Mexican cartels, in partnership with the CCP, to murder our children and young adults through poisoning. It is neither racist nor xenophobic to point this out and demand action to close the border. Until then, every overdose that kills a young adult or a child who thought he or she was taking a prescription pill or eating a piece of candy falls squarely on Joe Biden’s shoulders.

Biden’s border of death

More migrants have been found dead on the U.S. side of the southern border over the past nine months than have ever been recorded over a full year in history.

In 2020, when then-President Donald Trump’s "Remain in Mexico" policy was in full effect, just 247 bodies were recovered by Border Patrol along the southern border. According to internal documents obtained by the Washington Examiner, 609 bodies have been found so far this fiscal year (beginning last Oct. 1) through June, a pace that puts us well on track for more than 700 deaths over a calendar year.

President Joe Biden has been in office for over 18 months. He has had plenty of time to implement the immigration and border policies he wants. And the infrastructure is now there for the Border Patrol to implement Biden’s vision.

unprecedented flow of illegal immigrants.

Gov. Doug Ducey‘s top advisers announced in a call with reporters Friday morning that construction began "six minutes ago" on a portion of the Yuma, Arizona, border where gaps of land between Trump-era wall projects exist as a result of President Joe Biden’s January 2021 order to stop building the barrier.

The state made a sudden decision this week to finish the border wall and said it had not informed the Department of Homeland Security or the White House of its decision to build.

"This is an easy solution that Washington, D.C., just continues to fail to act on," said Tim Roemer, the director of the Arizona Department of Homeland Security. "We're done waiting for them. ... The governor is done waiting for the Biden administration to act, and we're going to."

Arizona has acquired cargo ship containers and is stacking the structures in spaces that do not have a 30-foot-tall wall. This first project near a popular area for illegal crossings will cost $6 million and will be completed by next week, officials said.
