Carbon pricing, via taxes or emissions trading schemes, is used by many governments to make energy consumers pay for the costs of using the fossil fuels that contribute to global warming

Why do so many people, all right-wingers , constantly accuse Pope Francis of being a communist , orbeing sympathetic to communism ? This is just plain ludicrous . Since when does wanting to do more to help the poor make you a communist ? It does not !
