Two prerequisites before we can believe in Christ, believe the true Gospel #1 We must have been Chosen by God in Christ before the foundation of the world Eph 1:4-13 and #2 must have been sanctified by the Spirit which is New Birth 2 Thess 2:13-14 !

You're putting the cart before the horse, and twisting scripture to fit your narrative.

Here's what scripture ACTUALLY says:

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!” - Romans 10:9-15 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Romans10:9-15&version=NKJV

Acts 13:48 indicates that Election before the foundation was a prerequisite to believing in the tie state, for it reads:

48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

Now what is this being ordained to eternal life but a fruit of election before the foundation, an Divine arrangement.

No, Beloved57, it does not.

You are presupposing your beliefs into the text.

for it reads:

48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

Now what is this being ordained to eternal life

It means that where the Jews had hardened their hearts against the gospel, the Gentiles were more disposed to listen.

but a fruit of election before the foundation, an Divine arrangement.

Nope, nowhere is that stated in the verse.

You're ignoring the context of the verse in order to suit the needs of your doctrine.

Shame on you.
