Under the old testament law if you just break one commandment your as guilty as if you broke them all.

Incorrect. If you stumble in one point you are guilty of all. That does not mean to not keep observe or obey God's Law or His Commandments.

Everyone can win by investing in a company that will grow and produce goods that people will buy and profits go back to stock holders.
Everyone wins.
A Casino produces nothing. People walk in with money and walk out without the money and nothing is produced.
The diffrences aren't quite as stark as you allude to.
Casinos are in the entertainment business (as opposed to being in the business of funding business) and thus produce entertainment. Furthermore, like the market they provide jobs and boost local economy. Both can be risky ventures, occasionally shady, prey upon acquisition and greed, as well as very profitable.
The market moral bias seems merely superficial.
You could save yourself/all of TOL much time, if you just confined your thread topic, to telling us what you are not against.
