If you understand the limits of knowledge you'd realize that your statement "is this statement true[?]" is tautological. We need further info. In effect you're stating "is this (true) statement true?" Mere circular rhetoric. :idunno:

No. It tells us nothing in regard to absolutes.
I could state:"The dog is either brown or not brown." and like your statement it's true (can't be false) yet tells us nothing of the dog's color.
