Im asking because it seems you question the decision by the cop with the scenerio about shawshank. It doesnt matter how nice a person is that pulls a gun on a cop - to be a deciding factor that they took their own life into their hands by making such a move.

Evolutionists don't have rational arguments. They rely entirely upon appeals to consequence, authority, popularity and in this case emotion.

I was using the movie as a contrast to the sickening glee and gloating at a young person's death. Of course it doesn't matter in actual real life where a cop has his/her life on the line or defending others in the line of duty etc. He/She should have absolute power to defend and neutralize any threat as said previous. There's NO need whatsoever to bask in the death of an 18 year old as some here have done and not just in this thread but with others also. That was my point.

Of course in your case sound bites and meaningless platitudes don't appear at all do they?

Irony overload once again...
