Can God make a sphere with flat sides and sharp edges? There's one limitation. It only takes one instance for such a broad statement to be shown to be false. Sin isn't. https://theologyonline.com/help/bb-codes/

Non sequitur, and saying it doesn't make it so, LN. Can God love? The only way you can remain consistent with your statement is to say no, which contradicts what the Bible says. Thus, your statement is truly, clearly, wrong. And now you are actually contradicting yourself. Do you not...

    Discerning the difference.

I don't mind if you break up my post. I DO mind if you ignore key points that I make within that post. I, for one, am not in any hurry. Take your time to respond. I can wait. I'm what you call a "heavy hitter" here on TOL. Get me going on a topic, and my posts can very quickly exceed the...

The Painful Truth about the Emancipation Proclamation

I, for one, am just glad that socially acceptable slavery based on kidnapping was abolished sooner rather than later. We can at least agree on that much, right?

You're not paying attention. The problem I had with what was said was the bit where it said "Reconciliation is the loss of friendship[/B]..." Reconciliation is not a "loss" of anything. If anything, it's a RESTORATION of [the possibility of] friendship between two parties.

Indeed, God, being real, and the Creator of all things, is the very foundation of what we call "reality." To put it another way: Reality is the thing that denotes He Who is Real (God), similar to how History is "His story." Just checking, this is how you intended to word this, yes?
