    Guns!

I'm guessing part of it is that "C-D-C" sounds better than "C-D-P." But other than that, disease prevention isn't always possible, only control, which does include, to some extent, prevention... I'm sure when the CDC was originally created, there was no malicious intent implied by "controlling...

    A little comedy break....

When I was a kid, we had two PCs, one that ran 95, the other ran 98... I could never get one of my favorite games to run properly on the 95 one.

What am I assuming? But you clearly haven't read that thread. Don't bear false witness, Jenkins. False. I didn't say article, Jenkins. I said thread. As in, a thread on this forum. Who's the one actually living in darkness? Is it the one who holds to reality and is presenting you with...

The Lie Today Which Is Believed.

    Different Stuff

I'm not sure what you mean. It arrives, I charge it up at home, ride it to the truck, fold it up, stow it away, and drive off. The next weekend, I come home, get it out, ride it home, and put it on the charger. Rinse and repeat each weekend. You ARE aware that I'm a truck driver, right?

    Atheist Morality

Doing evil is inherently wrong, no matter what good comes of it. Do right, and risk the consequences. Based on YOUR assertion that "It is moral to strive for conditions where each human being has an ample chance to live a full lifespan without undue misery and hardship." If you disagree with...

    Different Stuff

Speaking of electric bikes... I've been looking at getting one of these to make it easier to go back and forth between my house and where I park my truck on the weekends, especially during the summer months when it gets really hot: https://lectricebikes.com/products/xp-lite-arctic-white...
