    Who’s it to?

On to Acts ... and the gospel of Luke, by extension... Acts was written by Luke, who is NOT Paul, and since it was written as a letter and addressed to a man addressed as "O, Theophilus", it counts as a "non-Pauline epistle", though most would not necessarily think of it that way, nor is it...

The biggest evidence of the Flood? The world ocean.

How does that support the idea that the earth was covered with water ~6000 years ago?

Sorry for not getting your drift, but if what is true?

It seems like your belief in 6-day creation should lead you to the conclusion that dating techniques aren't accurate enough to really say that anyone has been in America that long.

The biggest evidence of the Flood? The world ocean.

As far as we know, though, there weren't any creatures in the water until after there was also dry land. Did you think some people might have survived 150 days of the water covering the earth during Noah's flood? It doesn't seem like the Bible allows for that.

The biggest evidence of the Flood? The world ocean.

Genesis 1:2 (KJV) And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. Genesis 1:6 (KJV) And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters...

No disrespect received--I just thought it was an odd post from you. I can understand the concept. Do you understand his point?

The biggest evidence of the Flood? The world ocean.

I agree with your premise in general, but it isn't necessary that the water all came from below the crust or was present above the crust within the atmosphere. Genesis 7:11 (KJV) In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were...

Then they must be birds, since they come in flocks. Acts 20:29 (KJV) For I [Paul speaking] know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

Really? Hope is one of the primary Christian values. Hebrews 11:1 (KJV) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

    Who’s it to?

I don't have any problem with this letter being directed at Jewish believers primarily. The title is certainly one of the best evidences. However, the title is not part of the actual letter--it isn't "scripture". It's interesting to note that the letter reads like other letters in the Bible...

when did Peter use the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven ?

Umm...that dizziness was coming from your doctrine. You can only say Paul preached a different kingdom from extra-biblical knowledge. The text doesn't support it. Here, you show me the difference. Tell me without looking in your bible who was doing the speaking in each of the following...

when did Peter use the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven ?

So the kingdom of heaven is not the kingdom of the God in heavenly places? The kingdom of heaven is really the kingdom on earth? So when Jesus said to pray “Thy kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven”, he didn't really mean the kingdom of God in heaven, because that kingdom was really on the...

when did Peter use the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven ?

My point was that assurance doesn't equal salvation. It never does. And Jesus' words are about the heavenly kingdom, which you claim Paul was talking about.

when did Peter use the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven ?

That's not the way Jesus saw it. Luke 6:25 (KJV) Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you that laugh now! for ye shall mourn and weep. Matthew 7:21 (KJV) Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my...
