    Doctrine of Unconditional Election

Calvinists are right to question the idea that God "looks down the corridors of time" to determine whom Jesus should die for. If the corridors of time are all settled before the people they reflect exist, then someone else must have determined what those people would do with the gospel. Since...

The Second biggest evidence of the Flood. Fossils

"Model" is a little weak in this case. They are an extrapolation of measurements, which has been very useful and accurate under controlled conditions, but can't account for the things RD listed.

    Limited atonement !

If "all men" doesn't mean "all men" here: Acts 17:30 (KJV) And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Why would "us" mean more than just a small portion of those in Paul's and Titus' circles, maybe even just Paul and Titus, the writer and...

    Limited atonement !

There's a confusion about what "saved" means, too, which shows up in the gotquestions article. I didn't see where they used 1 Tim 4:10, but there God is specifically called the "savior of all men, specially of those that believe." If He's the savior of all men, then Jesus just not have died for...

Yes, that's where YOUR logic takes you, though you won't bother to assess your own logic. It is incredible, but you keep doing it.

Tasted Death for every Man !

I'm sure He did, since it says "taste death for every man." You're working so hard to make it say something it doesn't say, but you aren't willing to allow it to say exactly what it says. Aren't you saying, in effect, "God doesn't know what He's talking about; I know better than God"? It also...

Tasted Death for every Man !

You will be able to tell who Jesus tasted death for by who is resurrected from death. Since everybody will be resurrected, Jesus' death applies to everyone. However, only those who submit to His lordship will enter His kingdom.

Scriptures that show that Christs death saved a person while in unbelief !

No wonder, since you don't have an answer.

Scriptures that show that Christs death saved a person while in unbelief !

Yes, but not necessarily everyone who is reconciled to God is saved by Jesus' life. (That seems strangely similar to what I wrote before, maybe because what you wrote was strangely similar to what you wrote before.)

Scriptures that show that Christs death saved a person while in unbelief !

Yes, but as you point out, it applies to "we", but the reconciliation could very easily still be a larger group than that of the "saved", since the salvation is a promise, not something already accomplished. If it's already accomplished, then there's no need to emphasize the "promise" part, right?

Scriptures that show that Christs death saved a person while in unbelief !

Since there's a two step process, then it's possible for some to be reconciled by His death (first step), but not be saved by his resurrection (second step)?

Scriptures that show that Christs death saved a person while in unbelief !

You're on the right track for once, @beloved57. But we aren't saved by the reconciliation; it's by his life, that is, his resurrection.

Is the doctrine of Eternal Conscious Torment biblical or not?

Even if we're talking about two resurrections, the second one also includes some that are in the Lamb's book of life (maybe they died during the millennium), and they come out of their graves into life, while others come out of their graves into condemnation. Both are conditions that happen in...

Is the doctrine of Eternal Conscious Torment biblical or not?

No, the resurrection speaks of two groups, comprising "all that are in the graves": John 5:28-29 (KJV) 28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life...

Is the doctrine of Eternal Conscious Torment biblical or not?

Matthew 22:30 (KJV) For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

Is the doctrine of Eternal Conscious Torment biblical or not?

Then you can see how they can't die anymore, because they've been resurrected in immortal bodies?
