Hmm, well, it'll be interesting to see if it goes any more favourably than former ones. I'm kinda betting that it won't...

The case is the latest in a series of defamation suits brought by Mr Trump, his political campaign organisations and companies in recent years.

In March 2020, the Trump Campaign filed a defamation suit against The Post over two articles about Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian collusion and his campaign strategy.

The suit was dismissed by a federal judge in March this year.

A $100m defamation lawsuit against the New York Times and his niece Mary Trump alleging an “insidious plot” to obtain his tax records was thrown out by a New York supreme court judge in May.

Mr Trump was ordered to pay all of the legal fees and costs associated with the case.

Did you ever wonder why Trump fought so hard to prevent his taxes from being released when Trump knew his taxes were squeaky clean and would increase his poll numbers? In fact, he fought it all the way to the US Supreme Court. Why?

Where do you get this notion that his tax returns are "squeaky clean" exactly? What other president has fought so hard against disclosure? "Why" is the question you want to be asking yourself.

The proof was the absence of any mountain the liberal media would have made out of any molehill. There were obviously zero molehills. There were no calls from Trump haters that he be thrown in prison for the rest of his life (if not executed) for fudging on his taxes for a whole $2.50. If his taxes were anything other than squeaky clean, it would have been headline news for weeks. Instead, the media were silent about it because there was nothing negative to report.

Oh, I know why. It was a Socratic question. The question does baffle you though, doesn't it?

Again, where are you getting this notion that his taxes are "squeaky clean" from? You sure do like to exaggerate matters so your latter is really kinda ironic.

Still, anything outside or even including a clear breach wouldn't matter to the hardcore MAGA! crowd regardless.
Still waiting for an example from Trump’s squeaky clean taxes where he violated the law.

And you still haven't answered my question. Why do you think Trump fought so hard against his taxes being released even though he knew it would show not even a single violation of the law?

I know the answer. I'm just curious what your speculation might be.
