AG Garland is completely committed to destroying Trump supporters

Biden's Justice Department has one goal which is to hunt down and destroy Americans objecting to massive democrat voter fraud in 2020. AG Garland actually believes that exposing democrat crimes is tantamount to treason against the US. Thank God he was not successful in getting a seat on SCOTUS.

Attorney General Merrick B. Garland on Wednesday defended the Justice Department’s efforts to prosecute those responsible for the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
In a prepared speech on the eve of the one-year anniversary of the attack, Mr. Garland said “there is no higher priority” for the department.

“The Justice Department remains committed to holding all Jan. 6 perpetrators, at any level, accountable under law — whether they were present that day or were otherwise criminally responsible for the assault on our democracy,” he said. “We will follow the facts wherever they lead.”
The attorney general’s comments come amid criticism that he and his investigators are focusing too much on rioters rather than those who instigated the attack.

Within days after BLM marchers chanted death threats to cops innocent cops were murdered. Did any leftist judge or prosecutor hold those marchers accountable for instigating the attacks? Not a chance. Democrats prosecute republicans for real or imaginary crimes while letting democrat leaders go free without charges. Democrats, and AG Garland, are of the devil.

Garland need(s only) to look in the mirror and notice the FBI gestapo.

Garland is a lot like Muller. He is being too detail oriented and careful. He should dig in, push back, aggressively seek evidence, and apply the law full throatedly.

Mueller was only interested (in) being partial about legal tax evasion.

“[C]rimes for which Trump could be indicted include but are not limited to: (1) obstructing justice as identified in the Mueller investigation, (2) bribing and/or extorting Ukraine with military aid to investigate his political opponent Joe Biden and conduct another investigation undermining the Mueller investigation, (3) coercing cabinet members and other federal employees to engage in partisan political activity in violation of the criminal political coercion provisions of the Hatch Act, (4) soliciting election fraud in a phone call to the Georgia Secretary of State in November 2020, (5) criminal sedition in authorizing preparation of the unsigned draft Executive Order dated December 16, 2020 pursuant to which President Trump would have ordered the Secretary of Defense to seize voting machines in certain states to look for evidence of election fraud, and (6) inciting insurrection at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. These alleged politically-related crimes are over and above the financial crimes being investigated by the Manhattan DA, who has already indicted the Trump Organization and its chief financial officer."

Corrupt prosecutors and judges belong in communist countries, not in America.

Trump Derangement Syndrome is a very dangerous disease. It causes people to show themselves to be fools as they continue to grasp for straws hoping they'll keep them from sinking into the pit of despair. So sad.

4. Are the contents of the boxes of records recovered by NARA undergoing a review to determine if they contain classified information? If so, who is conducting that review and has any classified information been found?

Answer: NARA has identified items marked as classified national security information within the boxes.

5. Is NARA aware of any additional presidential records from the Trump Administration that may be missing or not yet in NARA’s possession?

Answer: NARA has identified certain social media records that were not captured and preserved by the Trump Administration. NARA has also learned that some White House staff conducted official business using non-official electronic messaging accounts that were not copied or forwarded into their official electronic messaging accounts, as required by section 2209 of the PRA. NARA has already obtained or is in the process of obtaining some of those records.

NARA has identified items marked as classified national security information within the boxes.
The 15 boxes of White House records that were stored at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence contained items marked as classified national security information, the National Archives and Records Administration said Friday.

The law mandates that presidential records are the property of the U.S. government, rather than belonging to the president himself. A statute, punishable by up to three years in prison, makes it a crime to conceal or intentionally destroy government records.

They had to keep them out of the hands of the Imposter in Chief.

Missing records? Hillary claimed she destroyed 30,000 emails rather than let Congress see them, which was highly illegal but which Comey illegally 'forgave' her for doing as if he even had such authority to do so. But 30,000 emails must have been more than 30,000 since more than 650,000 of Hillary's emails were later discovered on Anthony Weiner's unsecured laptop, in total violation of federal laws against storing records on unsecured private servers.

But that was not Hillary's first foray into hiding evidence. When Bill was president the Whitewater billing records disappeared for two years only to show up again in plain sight covered with Hillary's fingerprints and edits. Go figure.

TED KOPPEL: Almost exactly two years ago, a subpoena was issued for some billing records from the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. These are records that go back about 10 years or so and that would, it was believed, shed some light on how much work attorney Hillary Clinton did on a particular real estate deal, and for whom she did that work. For the better part of these last two years, those records could not be found. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, they turned up earlier this month in the office of a woman named Carolyn Huber. What turned that into a major story is that Ms Huber works at the White House, and that she says she found the billing records in the private quarters of the first family - found them, in fact, last August, right outside Mrs Clinton's private office - didn't know what they were, packed them up, didn't realize what they were until a couple of weeks ago, when she was tidying up her own office. If someone has been deliberately concealing those records, that would be a federal crime. The White House says that a surprisingly large number of people actually had access to the Clintons' private quarters last August We'll tell you more about that later, but we want to use most of our time this evening to put this latest development into context. We begin by taking something both the President and the first lady have said recently.

It didn't work. Trump got caught, the classified documents must now be returned, and Trump is facing legal troubles.
Trump will always be facing legal troubles as long as there are crooked leftist lawyers and prosecutors looking for ways to charge him with criminal offenses whether the accusations are legitimate or not.
