It is if it proposes one thing and then undoes it with another as highlighted. People working in the care sector in the UK have to show they're uninfected on a regular basis as per common sense and sure, vaccinations, also per common sense are recommended in order to stem the virus. Well, unless you buy into the bunk that vaccinations are aiding the thing. As regards Italy, then yeh, they have protocols but not as hyperbole as suggested..
