Antisemitism from the squad and others . . . . . attacks on Christian conservatives, outing ("doxing") Trump donors and supporters, targeting them and attacking with militant mobs like Antifa, a demand for the socialist takeover of the economy and private sector, calls for forced gun confiscation and much much more are similar to the tactics used by Adolf Hitler. The democratic party behaves exactly like Nazis and uses their tactics and mirrors their policies.

In reply to the writer of the June 8 letter “Wouk book on Nazism raises scary parallels,” I must point out that something of much greater significance has happened, something much more important than anything Donald Trump has done or not done.

For the first time in the history of the United States, the FBI and the Justice Department have been used to keep a particular political party in power. That is exactly what the Gestapo did for Germany’s Nazi Party and what the KGB did for the Soviet Union’s Communist Party. If anyone is looking for a comparison to Nazism, there it is.

I find it especially galling that the very crime President Trump is accused of (collusion with Russia) was actually committed by the Democratic Party in paying for Christopher Steele to travel to Russia and collude with Russian operatives to produce a phony dossier. Talk about hypocrisy!

I speak as an ex-Democrat (1956-2009). I left the Democratic Party, as I was disgusted by the antics of the greedy opportunistic Democrats of the Clinton and Obama years. The present Democrats are nothing compared to the good, caring Democrats of previous years, such as Harry Truman, Hubert Humphrey and Walter Mondale.

Gypsies. They didn't fit in to the Nazi system at all, so they were rounded up and mass murdered.

Gays. Gays were butchered in the Nazi camps, just as you mentioned. Democrats wouldn't pick on sexuality like that.

Jehovah's Witnesses. Whilst Democrats would leave these folks alone, I can think of a few TOL members here who would more than harass them. JWs showed unbelievable bravery in the death camps.

The Disabled. Nazis would send the disabled to 'clinics' or 'holidays' or other 'venues' and they would never be seen again. Can't see the Democrats doing any such things.

The Mentally ill. I'm always amazed by some members on TOL who brand everyone they don't like or cannot debate as 'retard'. I expect and hope that Democrats are for care in the community.

Jews. I have never seen any evidence which shows that the Democratic Party intends to victimise or harass Jewish people in any way. Where I live we support all races/religions as well, but some folks would focus upon how we have withdrawn funding from some Jewish schools......... true! Why did we do that? Those particular schools had dumped the national curriculum in favour of their own agenda but were still taking the government subsidies. Our inspectors were not anti-semitists! The Tribalists would call our right-wing PM a communist, I expect! Whacky!

Freemasons. Anybody who didn't fit in with the Nazi system, or hid from it.... got bashed. I don't follow freemasonry but I acknowledge that they must be on this list.

Eastern Europeans. Several millions of them, slaved, starved and beaten to death by Nazism. Because they were not pure Aryan they were less than human. Untermench...... ? The USA shows many Eastern European Surnames, part of America!
