You do make the snitch look like a complete troll.
Not really but I'm not surprised that you missed it. Anna fell flat on her face with that post. :chuckle:
Read it again and see if you can't spot it.

It really is pathetic isn't it? Wearing a mask doesn't so much protect the wearer but other people from transmission but hey, certain snowflakes want to whine on about their rights being violated regardless or some such garbage.
Yep. The data show some benefit to wearing cloth masks for the wearer ...
Where I live, not wearing a mask is a really bad idea. It's not just the shops, buses, trains etc that turn you away, it's the fines.
All our medical workers wear masks all shift long, and then I read laymen trying to be clever about why they don't work. Duh.....
Over here, masks were politicized by (those opposed to) Trump and MAGA.
So stupid of them.
More than 1,000 current and former officers of an elite disease-fighting program at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have signed an open letter expressing dismay at the nation’s public-health response to the Covid-19 pandemic and calling for the federal agency to play a more central role.
“The absence of national leadership on Covid-19 is unprecedented and dangerous,” said the letter, signed by current and former officers of the CDC’s Epidemic Intelligence Service of outbreak investigators. “CDC should be at the forefront of a successful response to this global public health emergency.”
All of the signatories were writing to “express our concern about the ominous politicization and silencing of the nation’s health protection agency” during the current pandemic, said their letter, which was published Friday in the Epidemiology Monitor, a newsletter for epidemiologists.
as have I when I've worked in the OR or the ICU's
They were very different masks than the masks under discussion here.
I look at the data and find that there is no benefit to wearing a mask for the wearer

which is the only reason you and eider and barbie are even discussing it
If you were thinking of including me in the above sentence as well then you're thick.Yes, it is. But entirely predictable considering your advanced stage TDS
... the UK if the Democrats gain power.
I look at the data and find that there is no benefit to wearing a mask for the wearer
Stop being so thick.
Touching hands to face, ears and eyes is an involuntary action in most folks, something that they do automatically, and so to tell people not to do this is totally insufficient for their protection.
A mask protects them from their own hand-to-face actions.
Wake up.
... as have I when I've worked in the OR or the ICU's

Wrong.
look at the data in the OP - it's right there
You got an election coming up? Or are you like the Canadian model, where the PM can prorogue Parliament and call an election on a (politically strategic) whim?
No, really they were. And we changed them between each patient and washed our hands after every handling of patient or specimen and donned fresh gloves before each patient.
I guarantee you that they're following the same protocols in the hospital I used to work in, one of the top twenty in the world when I was working there.
What might be a more fruitful conversation would be a consideration of glove and mask use by the gen pop in those countries that have the Kung Flu under control. Used to be S. Korea and Taiwan - are they still models of excellence?
Oh dear............ hand to face touching............. masks protect from this.
When I wore a mask when I was working in the OR or the ICU's, I also washed my hands literally hundreds of times a day. And gloved before touching a patient or a sample.
We're talking apples and oranges here.
Oh dear............ hand to face touching............. masks protect from this.
